We are approaching the end of the year and with it comes to our mind many illusions about what will be the year that begins. We say that we close cycles to be able to give space to new things, new relationships, different experiences; Finally I could list a list of things we want and in the end we have the belief that everything is in “the hands of destiny” when we ourselves have the tools in our hands to build everything we want to achieve cycle by cycle.
In our culture, the factor of chance has become popular in the situations that happen to us or we have heard many phrases such as: “if it is for you it will return” “everything happens for something” “it was not or was in the right place and indicated time” or “karma exists”. Personally, I believe that all this magical thinking helps us to act in different ways; It is true that then we want to attribute responsibility to luck instead of taking the reins of situations (which sometimes not everything is in our control) but we can give it a “push” to go the way we want in any of the areas: sentimental, economic and health. We may believe that there are miracle solutions to all our problems but in some cases if we think about it carefully we could even avoid them altogether. In fact, the moment we decide to take greater responsibility for our lives does not give a sense of empowerment and confidence that over time we will see results that we never thought we would achieve.
